Our mission is to make biomarker-driven treatment discovery simple, transparent, and accessible to every cancer patient, regardless of their medical background or technical expertise.

Our Data Sources

Clinical trial data on BiomarkerHelp is sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, the world's largest clinical trial registry maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Drug and targeted therapy information is curated from FDA approval data and published clinical guidelines. We synchronize our trial database regularly to ensure that the information you see is current and accurate.

Our Founder

BiomarkerHelp was founded by Matt Reidy, a long-term survivor of cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer of the bile ducts. Matt's survival is a direct result of biomarker testing and the immunotherapy treatment it unlocked. That firsthand experience—navigating the complex journey of cancer treatment—became the foundation and inspiration for BiomarkerHelp. This is one way he gives back to the community to show his gratitude for his unusual survival.

Matt believes no cancer patient should have to spend hours deciphering medical literature or scouring government databases to find treatments that match their biomarkers. BiomarkerHelp exists to give every patient, caregiver, and advocate the same clarity and access that changed his own outcome.
